A message from the Nine Oaks Board regarding new membership and dues structure:

The Nine Oaks Club shall no longer accept Members as Shareholders in the Club.   Instead, we are accepting only “Social Members”.  Any Member joining the Club for the 2013 season and beyond shall be considered a Social Member.  Social Members shall have the same rights of use of the Club as Shareholders, but shall not be eligible for the ownership of any Bond.  Social Members must comply with all By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the Club, including the payment of annual dues.  In addition to annual dues, Social Members are required upon joining the Club to pay a non-refundable membership fee of $375.  Please refer to the Nine Oaks By-Laws for full details, and please contact our Membership Coordinator in order to join. 

2013 Initiation Fee:  $375      

2013 Dues: $475.00 (due by 4/30/2013)

For current members: If postmarked after 4/30/2013, a late fee of $25.00 applies, making the total cost of $500.00 for the season.

 ** To join Nine Oaks, download and fill out the member application (linked above) and mail it in with your  non-refundable membership fee of $375 plus your annual dues payment and one family picture that is 4x6 in size.   It's that simple.  Your paperwork will be processed and membership cards are issued and can be picked up at the pool.  Dive in!
